Welcome. I’m Jason Searle. After years in the industry, I’ve seen the gap between idealistic theory and the messy reality of practice.

We face unique challenges: clinical isolation, imposter syndrome, and the constant pressure to balance patient care with commercial viability. I’ve faced burnout personally, so I know how heavy that weight can feel. But I also know that we can do better.

We need resilience and integrity to drive change. I built The Eye Care Advocate because, quite simply, “I Care” about “Eyecare.”
